Grant Submission Guidelines

All grant solicitations must be submitted in writing and include the following information:

1. Legal Name & Federal Tax ID Number of your organization
2. Contact Information for your organization
3. Full Name of All Officers and Directors of your organization
4. Executive Summary of the project or program (maximum 500 words)
5. Description of How Your Project/Program Fits into Our Mission
